- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to obtain a contract to screen/evaluate Digital Frequency Discriminator for the ALR-62 components. Description: Screening/Evaluate 10 ea, NSN: 5996-01-370-9886EX, P/N: 308900-2, Noun: Digital Frequency Discriminator; Description: Repair 1 LO, NSN: 5996-01-370-9886EX, P/N: 308900-2, Noun: Digital Frequency Discriminator. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Wide Band Systems, 389 Franklin Avenue, Rockaway NJ, 07866-0289 (Cage Code 0SFK2) IAW 10USC 2304 (f) (2) (E) and P.L, 101-189 Section 817. The delivery is 90 days ARO assets. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
