- Notice: Submission date for quotes is hereby extended to March 24, 2005. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the purchase of the following commercial items, Dual set-point speed switches: Dual set-point speed switches with switch one set to 100 HZ, switch set two set to 3987 HZ, and adjustable switch set to 3788 HZ; Manufacturer Woodward Controls, Inc., catalog ID number ESSE-2-AP, make Allis Chambers, model number 700, Part number SA-3678-AP, quantity-270. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20041215. North American Industrial Classification Standard 335314, Size Standard, 750 employees, applies to this procurement. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. This can be acomplished by accessing the website www.bpn.gov/orca. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
