- It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to award an interim bridge personal services contract for Dental Services in the Gulf Coast region as follow-on to an expiring Multiple Award Task Order Contract in anticipation of award resulting from solicitation N62645-03-R-0001 for Dental Services. An interim bridge contract shall be issued to Saratoga Medical Center, Inc., 11094-D Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22030 for 4 FTE Dental Assistants for Pensacola, FL; 2 FTE Dental Assistants for NATTC, Pensacola, FL; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Corry Station, Pensacola, FL; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Whiting Field, Milton, FL; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Meridian, MS; 1 FTE Dental Assistant for Pascagoula, MS; and 2 FTE Dental Assistants for New Orleans, LA. Period of performance for each interim bridge contract is 1 Apr 05 through 30 Sep 05. This acquisition is Restricted. Sole Source: In accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 5.302-1 Only One Responsible Source for each contract.
