- The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center on the behalf of the Radiology Department intends to award a Sole-Sourced purchase order to Kyphon, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA 94089 for Kyphone First Fracture Kits, Bone Biopay Devices & Curettes, must be FDA approved manufacturer of balloons required for height restoration and cavity creation in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procredures (SAP). See Note 22.
