- Item 0001: Inflatable Sail, in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 5793521 Rev. A; Quantity ? 1 each. Item 0002: Data Requirements, including submittal of test procedures for approval for Maximum Leak Rate, Quadrant Pressure, Proof Pressure, and Attachment. Copies of NAVSEA Drawing 5793521 Rev. A will be made available upon issuance of the solicitation and receipt of a written request (either by email or regular mail). Only written requests will be fulfilled. Upon receipt of drawing requests, additional security requirements will be forwarded to the requestor(s) prior to fulfilling the drawing request(s). Offerors/manufacturers must have a quality inspection system conforming to the requirements of MIL-I-45208A, ISO 9003, or ANSI/ASQC Q9003. All equipment used to inspect and test must be calibrated in accordance with MIL-STD-45662A. Delivery shall be made to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be cons! idered. The prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to award (www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html). A written solicitation, N00102-05-R-1101, will be issued and posted on the web at www.neco.navy.mil on or about 6 April 2005. The closing date for receipt of proposals shall be on or about 6 June 2005 at 3:30 PM local time. This solicitation is unrestricted.
