Description

This Amendment to Solicitation #FA7012-05-T-0022 is being done to correct the Inspection and Acceptance Terms. a) The following verbiage is hereby changed from: "Delivery/Acceptance will be at 361 Thomas Rd, Bolling AFB, Washington DC 20332. Contractor and Government Quality Assurance Personnel will jointly conduct an inspection of all vehicles delivered to the Government Installation. Delivery of all Vehicles will be no later than 1 July 2005, to 361 Thomas Rd., Bolling AFB, Washington DC 20332.” to read, “Lease agreement for Base Year will begin 01 July 2005, and end 30 June 2006. Contractor shall deliver vehicles at no additional charge, 10 days prior of the Lease Agreement beginning 01 July 2005, due to equipment to be installed by the Government. Government Representatives will accept vehicles at local Washington Metropolitan area dealership. Government Quality Assurance Personnel will jointly conduct an inspection with contractor representative prior to acceptance.” b) All other Terms and Conditions remain the same.
