- The USUHS would like to clarify that this task order will have different categories of workers providing services. The first category is consultant or subcontractor. The selected contractor will not be responsible for withholding in this category. The following question was asked: If a person is accruing leave at an amount greater than what a new employee would accrue would we have to adjust our leave to accommodate tenure? ANSWER: The leave that a contractor grants their employees is between them and their employees. All quotes must be in the Government’s possession no later then 3:00 PM EST, March 14, 2005. Late quotes will not be considered. Contractors may fax, 301.295.1716, or e-mail, micreenan@usuhs.mil, their quotes. If you plan on e-mailing your quote, please e-mail it in advance, or fax a confirming copy to ensure that it is in the Government’s possession by the designated time. The time used to determine whether quotes are on time or late will be Naval Observatory Time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAR-2005).
