- Following are answers to questions submitted by potential offerors. 1. Is the FAM approval a mandatory requirement for this solicitation. Yes. 2. How many sites will be managed by the system? Not available. 3. How many items will be managed by the sy stem? Not available. 4. How many users are expected to use the system? Initially 15-20 on the WEB site at the same time reviewing the data. 5. How are the items currently being managed? Not available. 6. What platform (Windows, Unix,..) will be used to run the system? Windows. 7. Is the contractor expected to supply the hardware? Yes and integrate data to the system. 8. Is there a statement of work other than Description of Requirements in the Combine Solicitation itself. No. 9. Could you please explain wh y the contract is only a one year term with no apparent options? UGV JPO decision. 10. Could you clarify the desire for a COTS solution when the amendment seems to indicate that there is currently no COTS solution in existence? There is currently NO exis ting COTS software solution which is the reason for announcement. 11. Could you please explain why the deadline for responses was moved up from April 15, 2005 to March 29, 2005? UGV JPO decision. 12. What is format? What is page limitation? What are eva luation criteria? This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. There is no particular format. Refer to solicitation indicating ONE lot. All offerors will be evaluated in accordance with their GSA schedule contract.
