- The intent of this notice is to notify interested parties that there will be a pre-proposal conference held to discuss the Design and Overhaul/Conversion of the USNS Vessel CAPABLE at NOAA?s Marine Operations Center ? Pacific, 1801 Fairview Ave. E, Seattle, WA 98102 on Thursday, March 31, 2005 beginning at 9AM. The conference will include a tour of the ship, discussion of requirements, and content of the solicitation. If you plan to attend, please send notification to Paul.J.Reed@noaa.gov no later than COB Tuesday, March 29, 2005. In order to facilitate conference preparations, please include your company name and the expected number of attendees in the notification.
