Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The USPFO for Minnesota has a requirement for potable ice to b e delivered to the Ration Break Point, Camp Ripley, Minnesota on an On-Call Basis. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation W912LM-05-T-0031. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27, Part 12. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.217-5, and 52.217-9 apply. DFARS Clause 252.212-7000 and 252.212-7001 apply. This procurement is unrestricted regarding business size. The as sociated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2097. The associated NAICS Code is 312113. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM CST on 10 April 2005 at the USPFO for Minnesota, Procurement Division, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Fal ls, MN 56345-4173. This requirement is for the following: Ice, cubed, potable, Manufactured. This RFQ is for ONE BASE YEAR and FOUR OPTION YEARS to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
