- The work of this contract is located at Headquarters Developed Area, Shenandoah National Park, Luray, Virginia. This project may or may not be awarded depending on the availability of funds The work includes but is not limited to the following, The work is divided into 2 phases. Phase I includes the following: Construct a new underground 50,000-gallon water reservoir tank. Provide new water lines. Water lines will be brought into the Warehouse Building, Fire Cache and Carpenter/Sign Shop Building and capped. Relocation of a fire hydrant at the Administration Building. Provide water system controls Phase II includes the following: Construction of a new fire alarm & sprinkler system in 3 existing buildings (the Warehouse Building, Fire Cache and Carpenter/Sign Shop Building).
