Description: Sources Sought for vendors that can produce wayside exhibits utilizing a "digital diamond" processing. This process uses powdered glass pigments printed at 1400 dpi, bonded electrically to an aluminum/nickel alloy substrate, then baked at high temperature producing a hard, non-brittle finish. The finished product must be able to withstand -40 to 80 degrees F. Fabrication is done with text and images provided on compact disc in Quark Express Version 6. The Panel size is 36" x 42" and must fit in the stands which are already in place. This product also carries a lifetime warranty. The total job will consist of (2) sets of (6)- two sided panels. .
