Description: The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam (NAVHOSPGQ) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Joint Commission on Accredittion for Healthcare Organizations. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NAICS) code is 813920. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
