Through this process, following initial evaluations, in accordance with FAR 15.306c(2), GSA will limit the number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated proposals. For this project, the competitive range will be limited to the three (3) most highly rated General Contractors, who will be invited to continue through the remainder of procurement process. GSA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the following services: Constructability Review and Value Engineering of Construction Documents at various design phases, with an Option for Construction of the following: Selective Bulk Demolition and Hazmat Abatement and Exterior Closure Repairs and an Option for MEP and Interiors construction work.
