- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Seagoville, Texas intends to issue solicitation RFQ 51402-0010-5 to obtain services of a Special Education Diagnostician, (English). The solicitation will be made available on or about September 29, 2004, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
