Description

SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for continuing services currently performed at Nellis AFB, NV and Mountain Home AFB, ID. This is a follow-on action and the performance period is 3 Apr 05 through 3 Oct 05 with one option period 4 Oct 05 through 4 Jan 06 to provide services until the Defense Travel Service Small Business Commercial Travel Service contract implementation. The award is to N & N Travel and Tours, Inc., 3420 Red Scott Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89117 as an extension to contract F26600-97-D-X001. Services under this award consist of the performance of travel agency services. Statutory authority for these sole source extensions if Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
