Description

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. NON PERSONAL SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, equipment, tools, transportation and any other items or services required to provide annual maintenance service for the existing water quality monitoring devices located in Kure Pier No. 6, Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Hiro Ammunition Depot and Ondo Family Housing Area, Japan. The contractor shall provide maintenance service in accordance with commercial and manufacturer standards. The contractor shall make sure employees have the both following current and valid professional certifications before starting work under this contract. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:The contractor shall make sure employees have the both following current and valid professional certifications. In the event that the offeros did not have the following required certification, the offeror s are not considered for award: a. ?PREMIUM ACCESS?Ewhich is issued by an authorized agency recognized by the DELL Company. b. ?SOFT ENGINEER?Eissued by an authorized agency recognized by the Yokogawa Electrical Company.
