- Provide high priority emergency repairs including calibration, parts, and labor; two (2) pre-scheduled preventive maintenance checks; and two (2) pre-scheduled Calibration for each piece of Government owned Non Destructive Testing Equipment and all s upporting accessories listed on the Schedule. The NDT equipment is located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201-4199. Contractor shall provide on-site emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration services including: transportation, la bor, tools, repair parts, diagnostic equipment, documentation, schematics, and any other necessities to ensure the equipment remains operational, calibrated, and ready for use. The maintenance and calibration shall keep the equipment and accessories liste d on the Schedule in complete compliance with the appropriate ASTM and American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) calibration standards and NDT requirements. Maintenance and Certification documentation shall also conform to these standards. The services shall be performed by competent technicians that are experienced and trained to operate, maintain, and service the equipment in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) procedures or guidelines. The Contractor may find it necessary to obtain services (at the Contractors expense) fro m the manufacturers in order to meet this requirement. PPM shall consist of 9-l/2 hours on weekdays, Monday- Thursday, 0700 AM thru 1630 PM; and 8-1/2 hours on every other Friday, 0700 AM thru 1530 PM. No hours on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. This proc urement is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310; size standard is $6.0 million dollars. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Estimated issue date is 1 April 05. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
