- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W52H0905R5012, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu lar FAC 2005-01, effective March 9, 2005 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001. This solicitation is Total Small Business Set-aside with a $21,000,000 size standard. The NAICS code is 518210. This successful Offeror will be required to provide the following: IT Services: Import existing images from the OPTIKA Emedia/Acorde system into the new image retrieval system, Canon Imageware. Software/Equipment: High-speed scanners, Document Manager software as well as maintenance agreements. Training: Training of network administrators during installation and end user training. NOTE: It is imperative that the Offeror be experienced in OPTIKA Emedia/Acorde conversion. The Offeror must understand the business processes involved in acquisition, logistics, and warehousing.
