Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Homeland Security intends to procure SOLE SOURCE, The CGF Gallet Flight Helmet utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Policies in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The intended purchase is for the following items: Model #1H-250, CGF Flight Helmet (Latest) Comms/NVG/Hush/CEP, 30 ea. (5 - XS/S/M, 25 - L/XL/XXL), Hush Kit (upgraded ear cup), 30 ea., and Zeta Liners, 50 ea., (#95131 - 10 ea., XXL, #95132 - 30 ea., XL, #95133 - 10 ea. L). This CGF FLight Helmet is used in the MH-68A Helicopter and works in conjunction with aircraft specific systems. This is 100% Set-Aside for Small, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned etc. Manufacturer Dealer, and/or Distributors that can provide these exact items. NO SUBSTITUTE OR EQUAL WILL SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 517910, and the Small Business Size Standard is $12.5. Due to the urgency of need, all responding to this notice have up to 5 days after publication to respond. NO request for solicititation will be accepted after the 5 days.
