Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - Purchase of two (2) 2005 26 Ft. Fleetwood Rialto Prowlers, 260 BH/Windrift Series or equal. RFQ-R5-15-05-37 due 04/06/2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation RFQ-R5-15-05-37 and offers are to be received by 4:30 p.m. local time on 4/6/05. questions may be directed to Patrick Gallegos at 559-297-0706 x 4830. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. If you are a contractor under GSA contract, include the contract number and whether or not you are quoting the GSA contract price. Delivery shall be made to the Sequoia National Forest Supervisor's Office, 900 W. Grand Ave., Porterville, CA 93257. Coordinate delivery with Bill Lyons at 559-784-1500. Acceptance shall be made at destination. Provide best deliver schedule, but not later than May 2, 2005. A specification sheet shall be submitted with your offer that provides sufficient information for the Government to determine if the trailers meet all of the Gov't. requirements. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, NAICS Code 441210. Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees. The following provisions as applicable are incorporated by reference with the same effect as if they were in full text: (1) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. (2) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. Price will be the factor used to evaluate offers. (3) FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certificaations - Commercial Items. (4) FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. (5) FAR 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders - Commercial Items, which includes 52.219-6, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-37, 52-225-3, and 52.232-33. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractor's DUN's Number and required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
