SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS UPDATE (Not a Notice of Solicitation) This synopsis was initially issued on 12/3/2004 with the Wrong NAICS Code: 561920. It is now issued again with the Correct NAICS Code: 339950. This synopsis is reissued to conduct market research for informational and planning purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Display Services Support. Services consist of Display, Graphics, and Trade Show services and include but are not limited to the operation of the Display Production Facility (DPF), estimating, design, production, procurement, custom woodworking, packing, shipping, transportation, world wide deployment for event support, and routine maintenance of government supplied display products, equipment and tools. NAICS Code 339950. Please submit a Statement of Capabilities package. Your package should clearly demonstate capabilities, expertise, and past performance which is relevant to the requirements as stated above. Also address your ability to finance the initial contract effort up to 120 days. Your Statement of Capabilities package should not exceed 10 pages and should include the following: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Telephone number; E-Mail Address; CAGE Code; Web Page URL; and Size of Business. It should also address your approach to obtaining security clearances. Please submit your responses (3 copies) to 88 CONS/PKPB, Attn: Eugene Harvey, 1940 Allbrook Dr., Area C, Building 1, Room 109, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, 45433- 5309. Packages should be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, EST on April 06, 2005. No facsimile or email responses will be accepted. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government intends to issue a solicitation and award a contract for a base year plus four option years.
