Description

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to contract with Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation at 505 Tenth Street, NW Atlanta, GA 30332 on an other than full and open competitive basis. The contractor shall provide a compact far field beam module, which is part of a total radio frequency (RF) far-field test suite. The RF far-field test suite must have the capability to measure far field (plan wave) RF waves in a compact laboratory environment in order to analyze the propagation, isolation, and scattering phenomena of RF waves. The module must have focusing dielectric lenses that can be utilized from 2 to 100GHz. The dielectric lenses must be mounted on the focusing beam platforms that provide the capability to measure RF waves in a monostatic or bistatic configuration. The required delivery is no later than thirteen (13) weeks after the date of the contract. This is not a solicitation.
