- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6650-01-414-9402, YPG05040000847, Binocular in accordance with, Fujinon Inc., Cage: 64991, P/N 7X50 MTRC SX. Another source listed is Steiner-Optik Cage: D2483, P/N #685. This is anticipated to be a Definite Quantity Contract for 634 each for the base and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full And Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price.
