Description

Provide Bulletin Boards and Magnetic Boards for VA Medical Center (VAMC), Minneapolis, MN on an on-demand, as-needed basis in accordance with the Schedule and Specifications. Samples are required. Solicitation number RFP 618-125-05 must be referenced on outside sample packaging and packing lists, even those of a third party. See Requirements of full document for details. The Government will award a contract(s) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the best value to the Government, technical and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (2) Past performance; (3) Price; and (4) Small disadvantaged business participation, all to be submitted with proposal. NIACS 337211. Solicitation documents available on or about March 24, 2005. Offers due April 25, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. CT. Contract effective date is estimated to be May 15, 2005 for the balance of the Fiscal Year (ends 9/30/05), with 4 option years. NOTICE: This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Written documents must be submitted and are due April 25, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. CT; samples must be submitted and are due no later than April 25, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. CT. Technical capability of products offered and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price or small disadvantaged business participation.
