- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: ITEM 001: Whirlwind Hotbox Quad 4 Channel Rack Mounted DI, 2 EA?Brand Name or Equal ITEM 002: Crest XRM Rack Mount Mixer, 2 EA?Brand Name or Equal ITEM 003: Wireless Mic System, 1 EA?Five (5) SK 50 mic transmitters on frequency range 584.200-607.875 and Four (4) HS1/ME105 headset microphones?Brand Name or Equal ITEM 004: Innovason Cards Package, 1 EA?Three (3) SI-8D3 Input Cards and One (1) MO-8D Output Card?Brand Name or Equal Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1A1A15054A100. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334310, Size Standard, 750 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to USAF Band, 201 McChord St, Bolling AFB, DC, 20332-5401. The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
