Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to solicit Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129 and Rotair Industries Inc, 964 Crescent Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06607 for the Stabilator Amp lifier AM-7106E/A P/O Black Hawk Helicopters Automatic Flight Control System, NSN: 5895-01-316-2743 (Sikorsky P/N 70902-01070-048). This limited source effort will result in the award of two (2) firm fixed price contracts. Each contract will have a requir ement for 250 AM-7106E/A Stabilator Amplifiers, with options for 1,250 additional Stabilator Amplifiers. Each contract will consist of a basic year and four (4) option years. The contractor shall provide UID, or DOD recognized unique identification equiva lent, at the unit/item level. This acquisition will be processed on a limited source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304?(1), however all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
