Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract to provide and install EPDM Roofing System on Building 7, Bays 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal of existing ro of construction down to roof deck including roof membrane, insulation, snow deflectors, rain gutters, roof curbing felt paper, and flashings; asbestos abatement; and incidental related work. Period of performance is 240 calendar days. Estimated magnitude i s between $1 Million - $5 Million. NAICS is 238160 (Roofing Contractors), average annual receipts $12.0 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-05-B-0004 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d) and 14.205-1(a). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after issue date at the following internet address: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/.
