Description

Single award term contract for May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006 and two option years (May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007 and May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008). These specifications cover the production of polyester tags requiring such operations as manufacture, printing, with/without laminate, drilling, numbering, perforating, clipping corners, reinforcing holes, inserting string or wire, shrink-film packaging, and delivery. Approximately 53 orders, 100 to 25,000 copies/sets per order. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Deliver f.o.b. destination.
