Description

NA Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment a broad range of real property maintenance and repair or minor construction projects, Islands of Oahu, Hawaii, and Maui, State of Hawaii. Firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Order, Indefinite Quant ity Multi-Award Construction Contract (MACC) with minimum guarantee of $25,000.00 for the Base period. Period of performance is one year from date of contract award with one option period. This procurement is unrestricted. For classification purposes, a firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $28.5 million. NAICS 236118/236210/236220. Estimated price of the proposed construction is $3.0 million. Issue date is on or about 26 May 03. This is a new requirement. No previous procurement history is available. Prospective offerors are required to contact Kerry Luke by email to request the complete set of the solicitation, specifications and attachments relative to this solicitati on. Once prospective offerors receive this valuable information, only then will you be able to prepare and submit your offer in accordance with the solicitation terms and conditions.
