Original Closing Date of March 25, 2005 remains in effect. Incorporate the following changes into the combined synopsis/solicitation: Clauses incorporated by reference 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside [size standard: $21.5 mil]; 52.232-19 Availability of Fund for the Next Fiscal Year; 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; Clauses Incorporated by Full Text: 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. (a) The Government will award a contract resu lting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: For evaluation pur poses only, the government will assume 15 daily orders, 15 weekly orders, and 30 monthly orders for CLIN 0001 and 1 daily order, 1 weekly order, and 1 monthly order for CLIN 0002. Prices quoted for each line item will be extended by these quantities and t otaled to determine the evaluated price for each quote. These quantities are estimates for evaluation purposes only. Actual quantities ordered may, and probably will, vary based on the needs of the Government during the contract period. (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offers specifie d expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.(End of Clause); Deleted (b) of clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items.
