- 101815Q373 Commerical Item Services - Notice of Intent to issue a single source award for hand/machine labor services for the Midway Atoll Refuge on Midway Atoll. Award will be made to Chugach McKinley Inc for approximately 9 personnel to perform such labor duties as habitat rehabilitation to included but not be limited to verbesina removal/treament, native vegetation transplanting, ironwood seedling removal/thinning, mosquito breeding area abatement/treatment from April 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005.
