Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking interest in 3000 sq. ft. of office and related space in Richland, Washington within described delineated area. South to Yakima River West to Stevens North to Van Giesen East to Columbia River Office space must meet the following requirements. 1. Adequate floor loading for file saver. 2. Dedicated storage, shower facilities and sample preparation workspace with sink. 3. Room for expansion. 4. Kitchen amenities such as sink, insta-hot water, GFI for microwave and counter top with cabinets. 5. Vented area for copy machine. 6. Adequate facilities for computer server such as HVAC and secured locked access for tenant use only. 7. Secure phone data room with rack for network equipment. 8. Energy efficient. 9. Possible conference room to accommodate 30 or more people. 10. Adequate parking for tenants and public.
