- The VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV is in need of a Mobile Cardiac Cath Lab for a base period of two months with two optional renewal periods of one month each. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. NAICS Code 532490. Do not contact the VA Medical Center Huntington WV with any questions. All questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed in writing directly to the Contracting Officer. Verbal questions will not be addressed.
