- George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to award a sole-source contract with Promise Specialty Hospital to provide extended, comprehensive care for one quadraplegic vent-care patient. Contract will run from date of award for 6 months. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 29, 2005 with a return date of April 11, 2005. POC for this action is Debbie Hadley, Contracting Officer. Copies of solicitation can be requested in writing to George E.
