- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration, (FAA) intends to negotiate a contract with NBP Corporation, Upland, CA on a single source basis to test, document, and assure the safety, reliability and security of the hardware and software for the integrated control and monitoring equipment currently deployed at six FAA Air Traffic Control Terminal facilities. The Facilities are Salt Lake City, UT, Denver, CO, Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN and Newark, NJ. This contract will allow FAA to establish a standard operational baseline configuration of the existing ICMS Systems deployed and meet the directions of the FY-2005 Congressional Appropriation. This announcement IS NOT a screening information request. NBP Corporation is the developer of the ICMS and is considered the only source that possesses the unique qualifications and capabilities to complete a system safety assurance and security assessment of this system.
