- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office seeks quotes for a firm, fixed-price supply contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide animal feed and bedding for the Research & Development departments at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073 and Sepulveda Ambulatory Care and Nursing Home Center, 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, CA 91343. Contract is for a one (1) year base period with two (2) additional one-year option periods. Solicitation to be available on or about 4/8/05 with quotes due on 5/9/05. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Facsimile requests may be sent to (562) 826-8067. The requester must include the RFQ Number, requester's name, address, telephone number, and fax number. Please include e-mail address, if available.
