- The VA is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Adult Clinical Specialist in Mental Health to provide care to beneficiaries at the Bend Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)in Bend, OR. The Contractor must: hold an active, unrestricted professional license, with prescriptive practices, in the State of Oregon; hold ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Adult Clinical Specialist in Mental Health; hold a Masters degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution; and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Adult Clinical Specialist in Mental Health.
