Description

The VA Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement for a VISN-wide (multiple states) contract where the vendor will pick up, warehouse, maintain, deliver and generally manage hospital equipment. This will include telehealthcare services. The SF 1449 and the contract can be downloaded from the FedBizOpps web site. Offers are to deliver their cost proposals NLT 4/16/05 @ 2 PM to the West Haven office at the address specified. Any questions can be directed to Mark Reveaux at 203-937-4732. This is an RFP, meaning the offeror needs to submit, in separate packages, your pricing for the base (first) year and the next four option years, a description of your company's operation, references and all other information required on the evaluation factor pages.
