- The government anticipate the award of a five year (One-Year Basic and four One-Year options) Firm Fixed Price contract to teardown, inspect and replace defective components, calibrate and align bring the K-735 Test Station, NSN: 4920-01-161-7489RH, Part Number: K735 to like new remanufactured condition. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) per period is as follows: Basic Year: BEQ 4ea, Option Years 1 thru 4 BEQ’s of :1 EA per year. Governments required delivery is 60 days After Receipt of the Order or Asset which ever is later. The government intends to issue Solicitation FA8517-05-R-75715 on or about 11 April 2005 with an anticipated contract award date of 01 June 2005. Authority: 10 USC 2304 (C)(1) . Justification: Service for the remanufacture of the K-735 Test Station is only available from one source: AVTON Manufacturing Inc, Cage Code 01014, 10409 Meech Ave, Cleveland OH, 44105-4166. NOTE: GOVERNMENT FURNISHED DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SPECIAL TEST EQUIPMENT ARE NOT AVAILABLE. All potential offerors should contract the Buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate any concerns in regards to this notice. CBD Notes: 22 and 26 apply to this acquisition.
