- This is a request for a synoposis for a noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335931. This announcement constitutes the synoposis and a written request for proposal target date shall be within fifteen (15) day’s. Reference the RFP N00102-05-R-0864. Item to be purchased Coaxial Hull Penetrator, QTY 6 each – Please Note items are MIL-I-45208 LEVEL 1/SUBSAFE, FIRST ARTICLE PROTOTYPE required, DD Form 2345 “Military Critical Technical Data Agreement” shall be completed with approval and submitted before any drawing shall be forwared.
