- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and as a link on the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, shall acquire from Lockheed Martin Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems, on a Sole-Source Basis, In Service Engineering Support of the AN BLQ 10 (V) Electronic Warfare Support (ES) System. Engineering services shall be required to fabricate, assemble, integrate, test and demonstrate modifications of the AN BLQ 10(V) ES system and shipboard sensors and interfaces, and associated support services to maintain reliable system operation in the fleet. NAICS Code 541330. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with cost plus fixed fee provisions. The period of performance will be no more than five years. The total estimated level of effort is 41,200 man-hours. Anticipated RFP release date is April 08, 2005.
