Description

CSC (formerly DynCorp Technical Services), Vance AFB, OK is requesting interested Architectural and Engineering firms to submit Standard Form 330 for our consideration and for the possible award of two Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts now being contemplated. If awarded, period of performance would cover a one-year basic ordering period and one one-year option ordering term and a partial-year second option ordering term period for open end A-E Services B contracts. All terms and conditions to remain unchanged throughout any executed contract period. Work may include but is not limited to, the investigation, design, and preparation of specifications and drawings in the following areas: Building interior alterations and remodeling including mechanical, electrical, structural, and communications. New road design and routing. New aircraft hangar door design and installation for existing aircraft hangar door. The criteria which will be the basis for the A-E selection (in descending order of importance): 1) Specialized experience and technical competence in the types of work required, including energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and use of recovered materials; 2) Professional qualifications of the staff and consultants that will perform the actual work necessary for satisfactory performance of work; 3) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the work within a required time frame; 4) Past performance history in both DoD, commercial or governmental A-E contracts in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; 5) Location of the design firm in the general geographical area of project and knowledge of the project area; 6) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by DoD. This announcement is not a request for proposal.
