- NAICS Code: 541512 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Office of Environmental Information (OEI) Office of Technology Operations and Planning (OTOP) intends to negotiate and award a sole source fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Gartner Group, Inc. 8405 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA 22102 to provide Symposium/ITXpo Tickets, Talking Technology Enterprise License, Monthly Research Review and Analyst Inquiry Time. The period of performance is expected to be from date of award to December 31, 2005. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because Gartner Group is the only source capable of providing the required services. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Response to this notice must be submitted within (15) days after this electronic posting. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
