- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Division, Code 2.5.1.2, St. Inigoes, MD intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with LeCroy Corporation, located at 700 Chestnut Ridge Road, Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977-6499 to provide items in support of the Mark XII Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Digital Interogator (DI) programs. The items to be procured are as follows: CLIN 0001 Oscilloscope, M/N: WAVEPRO 7200 (Qty 1), CLIN 0002 8 Mpts/4Mpts Memory Configuration, M/N: W-OPTION-M (Qty 1), CLIN 0003 Master Analysis Package, M/N: XMAP (Qty 1), CLIN 0004 WaveMaster Removable HD Kit, M/N: WM-RHD (Qty 1), and CLIN 0005 1.5 Ghz Active Voltage Probe, M/N: HFP1500 (Qty 2). This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may submit information, no later than 8 days after this synopsis is published, which will be considered by this agency. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Government will not pay for any information received. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999.
