- Description
- It is the intent of the Department of Homeland Security, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to award a sole-source purchase order to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). This sole-source purchase order is for a 12-month period and is due to a Congressional Public Law 108-334, dated October 1, 2004, which directs ICE to obligate federal funds of not less than $102,000 to the Child Pornography Tipline Promotion which is resident at NCMEC. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation for offers. This synopsis is for information purposes ONLY. See Note 22 - Please insert 15 days in lieu of 45 days.
