- Solicitation for NSN 3130-01-383-7605 / RB050770040000. P/N 70400-01612-044. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The only approved sources for this item are Sikorsky Aircraft and A F Machine & Tool Co Inc. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=135 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=135, O=135 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=993, O=1080 / Estimated annual quantity: B=453, O=540. The required delivery schedule is 237 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. This solicitation contains First Article – Government and Production Lot Testing – Government Requirements. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 4. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 1 each – 30 Days ARO / 2 each – 60 Days ARO / 3 each 90 Days ARO. Offerors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
