Est Issue Date: 4/15/05, Est Closing Date: 5/17/05. Subject item is not commercial. Item is configuration control, export control and is a critical application item. Surge and Sustainment is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at destination135 DARO. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year est annual qty of 96, and 4 option years with est ann qty of 88.
