Description
Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-046-1374 / YPG04339001107, P/N 16Y171-1, ELBOW ASSEMBLY,BLEED AIR. Configuration Control applies. Source Qualification Statement applies for this item I/A/W PL 98-525, 10 USC, Section 2319, and the requirements of DSCR clause 52.217-9G04. An “Export Control” Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 29 each with a 100% quantity option. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (1) each. The required delivery schedule is 120 DARO for delivery of First article units, and 300 DAFAA for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select “Search RFPs” from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is April 11, 2005.
