- This is a sole source award to Meyer Tool & Mfg. Inc., located in Oak Lawn, IL. ARDEC has been using this manufacturer of cylinders for over 10 years, assuring the uniformity of results that is important in explosives research. Reasonable efforts at obtaining alternate suppliers of these cylinders have been attempted. The ARDEC machine shop cannot make these cylinders nor have they been able to supply any alternate vendors to supply this specific type of cylinder expansion tubes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-MAR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
